You need to stay hydrated not only on the inside but outside as well. Drink plenty of water and sip on fruit juices every now and then. In order to stay hydrated on the outside, make it a habit to use a lightweight moisturiser after cleansing and toning your skin.
Never step out without sunscreen:
As a rule of thumb, never step out in the sun without applying a good amounted SPF sunscreen. It will protect you from the UV rays of the sun that is responsible for causing skin rashes, acne and sunburns.
Be careful what you feed your body with as it reflects on your face. Avoid having food that is rich in sugar or is processed. Instead pamper your body with healthy fruits, vegetables, wholesome grains and foods rich in proteins.
